A deep bond
with the territory

Carlo Siffredi Farm takes care of thousands precious trees, widespread on the Riviera dei Fiori territory: from Lucinasco – where the company has its roots – to Poggi, Dolcedo, Prelà, Vasia e Pontedassio. The company also recovers old groves in a state of neglect, recovering centenary plants. Those groves were abandoned because of their impervious nature but, at the same time, they are keepers of a even pure fruit. Our terrains extend by 50 hectares, on which are distributed 15.000 trees.

The territory of taggiasca olive trees is famous for its impervious nature, that makes oil production very difficult. Terracing, narrow paths, and difficult roads are not negligible details when managing the olive grove and fruit harvesting. For this, a lot of groves were abandoned. The recovery of these places is a prerogative of our company vision, which is based on secular tradition and territory. Of the 50 hectares, at least 35 are recovered.
